What is the Blue Line Club? |
Monday, 08 October 2007 |
The Blue Line Club, established in 1982, is a non-profit organization committed to supporting the UAH hockey program. By stimulating financial contributions through membership sales, the Blue Line Club provides assistance towards the purchase of equipment and ice times well as helping the rocketing cost of travel. This support enables the Chargers to compete at the highest level of NCAA Division I hockey and to represent the University of Alabama in Huntsville in a first class manner. Athletics and academics go hand-in-hand; therefore, the Athletic Department at UAH is committed to encouraging student-athletes to succeed in academics, while supporting and maintaining the mission of our University. In order to continue to attract quality student-athletes from around the world, the Blue Line Club provides an avenue for you, the fan, to have an impact. By supporting our team, not only in the stands, but as a financial contributor, we can continue to make the only Division I hockey team south of the Mason-Dixon Line a success. |
